About The Position

The Legal Transformation role will collaborate with teams across the Legal department to design and implement innovative working methods that support strategic priorities in alignment with divisional standards and industry best practices. This position will oversee strategic projects, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure effective coordination among all stakeholders from ideation through implementation. The successful candidate should possess an entrepreneurial approach, strong critical thinking abilities, and the ability to integrate effective execution with operational excellence and disciplined delivery of a shared vision. Demonstrated experience managing transformation initiatives with internal legal teams, or law firms or consulting is particularly advantageous. Department Profile In the Legal & Compliance division, we assist the Firm in achieving its business objectives by facilitating and overseeing the Firm's management of legal, regulatory and franchise risk. The LCD Innovation office is a function within LCD responsible for advancing transformation efforts and optimizing business processes, data, and technology to enable the Division to achieve prioritized business outcomes. It plays a vital role in designing and delivering solutions in collaboration with the Division's Data, Analytics, and Technology teams, and oversees the Division's technology investments and implementation activities.
