About The Position

A new season is here and the Awesome Lazy River is gearing up for another exciting summer! We’re looking for a motivated, energetic leader to join our team as a Lazy River Manager. If you enjoy working outdoors, leading a team, and creating a fun, safe experience for guests, this is the perfect seasonal opportunity. As the Lazy River Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations and lead a team to ensure every guest has a safe, smooth, and memorable experience.

Previous supervisory/management experience preferred

Responsibilities

Monitor river conditions and determine safe operation using established guidelines
Maintain a safety-first environment for all guests and staff
Ensure all riders meet eligibility requirements and complete waivers
Oversee daily operations including tube rentals, merchandise sales, and cash handling
Support setup, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and supplies
Manage inventory of tubes, life jackets, and related items
Lead, train, and support a team of 12+ seasonal employees
Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues as needed
Ensure proper closing procedures, including clearing the river at end of day
