About The Position
Foreman Tool and Mold has an immediate opening for an experienced Layout Technician. The right candidate for this position will have 3 or more years experience in the following: - Be able to use all measuring tools - Capable of maintaining condition of CMM and other instrumentation, and keeps records of certifications - Be proficient with OGP Smart Scope - Experienced with Zeiss Calypso Software is a plus - Be able to complete dimensional layouts for PPAP submission Pay will be based on experience. Requirements
- 3 or more years experience
- GD&T
- Quality Inspection Experience
- Statistical process control (SPC)
- 5 Why (Root Cause Analysis Method)
- ISO 9001 Certification Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Injection Molding Experience
- PPAP Process Experience
Nice To Haves
- Experienced with Zeiss Calypso Software is a plus
