About The Position
The Lawn & Ornamental Technician position at Clements Pest Control is a full-time role requiring 40 hours of work per week. The technician will be responsible for applying fertilizer and weed control products to both residential and commercial properties. This position demands a strong understanding of landscape fertilization and pesticide application, as well as the ability to perform various manual landscaping duties. The technician will also be required to conduct detailed inspections of their work to ensure quality control and compliance with company, state, and federal safety procedures. Additionally, the technician will interact with customers, explaining application procedures and addressing any questions they may have. Responding to service callbacks and reporting any issues to the regional manager are also key responsibilities. The role includes completing internal reports as requested and attending training and meetings as required. Other duties may be assigned by management as needed.
