As a Lawn Technician on the Lawn Pride team, a typical day for you will include: Drive the company vehicle to complete services Fertilize, weed/pest spraying, aeration, and seeding Grub control/pest control Tree Shrub fertilization Provide high customer service and communication. Diagnose and communicate agronomic and/or horticultural issues. Obtain and retain ongoing company-provided field training. Maintain clean vehicle and equipment. Maintain the highest standard of shop cleanliness. No Landscaping, mowing, or trimming Bring your skills and achieve success (Required qualifications) Must have a valid Driver's License. Must be 18 years + Ability to lift 50+lbs continuously throughout the day. This is a manual labor position. Seasonal with potential to be year-round. Willing to undergo a standard driving record and background check. Willing to undergo pesticide applicator certification (paid training). Bring your work ethic and gain stability. Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, DOE Schedule/Shift: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays Hiring for both Lawn Pride locations.
