Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Lawn care experience preferred
• Pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain license upon hire

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments according to schedules and safety guidelines
• Identify turf issues such as weeds, insects, and disease and make treatment recommendations
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, sprayers, spreaders, and service vehicles
• Complete service records and route documentation accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers about services performed and lawn conditions
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections and maintain a clean, professional appearance
