About the position
Mighty Green Lawn Care is seeking dedicated Lawn Care Technicians to manage the application of various lawn care products for both residential and commercial clients. This full-time position offers a year-round career opportunity with a focus on delivering quality service and results. Technicians will receive extensive training and can expect to earn a competitive salary with performance incentives.
Responsibilities
- Independently apply fertilizer, pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control, lime, insecticides, and fungicides to residential and commercial properties.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks.
- Work outdoors with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
- Pesticide Applicator's License (preferred but not necessary).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in the lawn or landscape industry (preferred but not necessary).
