Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Valid, clean Missouri driver’s license.
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to provide documentation to verify eligibility.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in any of the following fields is a plus:
- Landscaping, mowing, fertilization, or pest control
- Plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or automotive repair
- Equipment operation, maintenance, or general construction
- Golf course care or similar outdoor roles
