What Youll Be Doing Provide professional lawn care and licensed tree injection services (part-time). Train and transition into general pest control work (full training provided). Deliver high-quality service outdoors in all weather conditions. Operate independently in the field while being a key member of our team. Support and educate customers on best practices for lawn, tree, and pest management. What We Expect From You Experience: Must be a licensed lawn care and tree injection technician. Pest control license not requiredwe will train you. Leadership: Management experience is a plus. Dependability: Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability. Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Driving Record: Valid drivers license held for at least 4 years, with no major violations in the past 5 years. Age & Testing: Must be 21+ with the ability to pass a drug test.
