Are you passionate about the outdoors and enjoy working with your hands? Fairway Lawns of Memphis is hiring a Lawn & Pest Care Technician to help us deliver top-notch outdoor services. You will diagnose and resolve a variety of pest, turf, weed, and shrub problems to protect and beautify our customers’ property. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of using environmentally responsible treatments, and wants to expand their knowledge in our industry.

Requirements

No prior experience required — training provided and fully supported.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Physically fit and capable of performing laborer duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Deliver effective pest control and lawn care services to residential and commercial properties.
Inspect properties to identify pest, turf, weed, or shrub issues and recommend treatment plans.
Apply pest control and lawn care treatments safely and in compliance with regulations.
Perform lawn care tasks such as aeration, fertilization, and general property maintenance.
Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and application systems safely and effectively.
Ensure properties are clean and well-maintained after each service.
Work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain equipment and ensure it’s ready for daily use.
