About The Position

We're looking for a full-time Lawn Mowing and Landscaping Maintenance Foreman to join our crew in Manchester, NH. This position offers $20 – $24/hour , hands-on training for equipment maintenance, and a chance to grow with a company that values teamwork and strong leadership. You'll report to a central location each morning before heading out with your crew to job sites across the area. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR Valid driver's license Ability to drive a trailer Experience with commercial zero-turn lawn mowing equipment Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others Willingness to lead a team, train crew members, and communicate with clients Basic understanding of equipment maintenance (training provided if needed) Customer service experience, snow plowing experience, and general landscaping knowledge are helpful but not required. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A LAWN MOWING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE FOREMAN As a Lawn Mowing and Landscaping Maintenance Foreman, you will lead a crew responsible for mowing lawns and maintaining landscapes using professional, commercial-grade zero turn mowing equipment. You will begin your day by reporting to the central location, inspecting your truck, trailer, and equipment, and making sure everything is ready for a productive day. At job sites, you will guide your team through the work, helping train as needed and ensuring everyone is focused on safety, productivity, and delivering quality results. When needed, you will speak with clients to make sure their expectations are being met. You'll also handle simple paperwork such as route sheets and use a mobile app to track your work throughout the day. Requirements

Valid driver's license
Ability to drive a trailer
Experience with commercial zero-turn lawn mowing equipment
