About The Position

Are you ready to lead a team in the lawn maintenance crew in the field? We are seeking experienced and team-oriented individuals to fill our Lawn Maintenance Foreman position. As a Foreman, you will be involved in various service and installation tasks while maintaining the company's quality and safety standards and leading the team in the field. Demonstratable knowledge and experience of landscape work (mulch, topsoil, stone, sod, grass, hedge trimming, planting, and flower installations, etc.) as well as with equipment such as ride-on mowers, string trimmers/weed whackers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers and hand tools. As a leader, you must have a positive attitude and be respectful, honest, reliable, and self-motivated. Also, you must have excellent mechanical aptitude and be able to work outdoors in various conditions, either independently or with a team. NOTE: If you have green industry experience, you may be considered for other positions within our Irrigation or Turf Care Departments, depending on skills and qualifications.
