Lawn Maintenance Crew Member

About the position

Lawn Maintenance Crew Members are responsible for performing landscaping maintenance tasks for our commercial clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, landscaping, and other similar tasks. In the Crew Member role, you will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. These are full-time, year-round career opportunities that transition into snow removal tasks in the winter.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and landscaping.
• Work in the field to develop skills for advancement to Crew Leader position.
• Transition into snow removal tasks during winter.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals.
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period.
