Requirements

• At least 1 year of lawn maintenance experience
• Valid Driver’s License held for a minimum of 5 years
• Must have own personal vehicle (no company vehicle provided)
• Punctual and reliable

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
• Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat and healthy appearance
• Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, fertilizing, and weed control
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
• Assist with landscape installation and seasonal clean-up projects
• Follow safety procedures and ensure equipment is used properly
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project expectations
