Join Michigan's largest landscape management company in one of the following areas: Lawn Maintenance (Mowing), Landscape Maintenance (Bark Mulch Installation, Pruning, etc.), Bed Maintenance / Vegetation Control (Weeding, Spraying), Flower Planting / Gardening (Seasonal color, planter/pot change-out, watering), Landscape Construction (Planting, Grading, Hydroseeding, etc.).

  • Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing.
  • Conduct landscape maintenance including bark mulch installation and pruning.
  • Manage bed maintenance and vegetation control through weeding and spraying.
  • Engage in flower planting and gardening activities, including seasonal color and planter/pot change-out.
  • Participate in landscape construction tasks such as planting, grading, and hydroseeding.
  • 1-2 years of related lawn and landscape experience for Crew Leaders and Technicians.
  • Equipment operating experience commensurate to area of focus.
  • Possess a chauffeur's driver's license, or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
  • Experience driving a truck with a trailer.
  • Possess a smartphone and use it to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties.
  • Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals for all other team members.
  • Desire to grow and improve for all other team members.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time for all other team members.
  • Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period for all other team members.
  • Competitive base pay: $17 - $28+ per hour, based on position and experience
