About The Position
J.W.'s Lawn & Snow Plow Service LLC is seeking dedicated Lawn Maintenance and Landscape Professionals to join our team. With over 39 years of experience in the industry, we have built a strong reputation serving an established clientele in the Elm Grove and Brookfield areas. This position involves a variety of tasks related to lawn care and landscaping, including but not limited to lawn mowing, spring and fall clean-ups, bush trimming, and mulch installation. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about maintaining beautiful landscapes and have a strong work ethic. As a Lawn Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' lawns and gardens are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will also have the opportunity to work during the winter season with snow plowing and shoveling tasks. We value our employees and offer competitive compensation, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1500.00 for qualified candidates. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a minimum of 2 years of experience working for a lawn maintenance company.
