About The Position

We are a professionally operated, full-service lawn maintenance and landscaping company that has been proudly serving our community since 2003. As a year-round business, we specialize in high-quality landscape management, irrigation, landscape installations, lawn care maintenance, and winter services including de-icing and snow plowing. Job Summary As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member , you will work independently or as part of a 2–3 person crew to maintain clients’ properties. This is an outdoor, hands-on position that includes mowing, edging, blowing, and bed maintenance while meeting quality and efficiency standards.
Requirements
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required)
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to walk, push, pull, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Experience using mowers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- Truck and enclosed trailer experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Follow procedures and direction from management
- Complete daily routes efficiently while meeting job quality expectations
- Use appropriate equipment for each site as specified
- Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager
- Participate in on-the-job training, safety instruction, and equipment operation training
- Maintain a self-motivated and professional attitude
- Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times
- Maintain reliable transportation to and from work
Benefits
- Starting Wage: $21–$23 per hour (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday (occasional Fridays during the busy season)
