What You'll Do as Lawn Care / Tree Care & Landscape Technicians:
Work outdoors providing lawn care, tree care, or landscaping services in the local area.
Apply fertilizers, weed control, pesticides, and fungicides for lawn and tree care routes.
Join a two-person crew completing landscaping tasks, including edging, bed cleanouts, trimming shrubs, mulching, planting, weeding, and basic hardscaping.
Load equipment and materials at the shop and travel to scheduled job sites.
Operate hand tools, power equipment, and application equipment safely.
Answer basic customer questions and confirm on-site scheduled services.
Clean & maintain trucks, tools, and equipment at the end of the day.
Learn new skills through paid training and certifications that can increase responsibility and pay.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care, tree care, landscaping, agriculture, or horticulture is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Physically capable (Lawn & Tree Care): Able to lift up to 70 lbs., load trucks, operate equipment and forklifts as needed, work on your feet, kneel, reach, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically capable (Landscape): Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and regularly use rakes, shovels, hedge trimmers, blowers, wheelbarrows, pickaxes, digging bars, and skid loaders in outdoor conditions.
• Clear Communicator: Speaks and writes professionally with customers and teammates.
• Reliable Driver: Valid PA driver's license, clean driving record for the past three years, and ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• Willing to Learn: Open to paid training and certifications, and motivated to keep improving skills.
• Team-minded: Works well independently and as part of a crew, helps where needed, and cross-trains across tasks.
• Valid PA driver's license
