Requirements

Strong work ethic and reliability
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Comfortable working independently and managing a route
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate lawn care equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or pest control
Knowledge of turf management, fertilization, or irrigation systems
Experience working in a route-based or field service role

Responsibilities

Apply lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management using environmentally responsible products
Perform core aeration, seeding, and turf care services
Diagnose lawn conditions and recommend additional services to customers
Safely operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles
Complete daily service routes and maintain accurate records
Provide exceptional customer service as a front-line brand representative
