Requirements

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
A VDACS Registered Technician Certificate is required
High school diploma required, Secondary education, at least Associates, in turf grass, agronomy, or horticulture related fields preferred.
2 - 3 years of prior lawn care or landscape experience is required
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make on-the-spot decisions
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Requires frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and physical activity outdoors
Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions and on your feet for extended periods
