About The Position
Lawn Doctor is looking for motivated individuals who take pride in providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician , you’ll be a key representative of our brand, delivering environmentally responsible lawn treatments, aeration, and pest control services— with no mowing required!
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift over 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet production goals.
- Must pass a drug test and background check.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience.
- Small engine repair or mechanical skills.
- Education or experience in agriculture, agronomy, business, horticulture, or turf management.
Responsibilities
- Apply high-quality lawn care treatments using industry-leading products.
- Identify and recommend services to customers and prospects while in the field.
- Maintain and operate lawn care equipment.
- Assist with shop work as needed.
