About The Position

got lawn? Tree and Turf Care is looking for a Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This is steady, hands-on work that people will always need. If you want a job you can count on and a place to grow, this is a great chance. In this job, you’ll help keep yards and landscapes healthy and looking great. You’ll work outside, talk with customers, and be part of a friendly team that supports each other. Work Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or until your route is finished) About Us: Got Lawn? Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to obtain DOT Certification
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Excellent communication and time management skills
Sales-minded with problem-solving ability
Must be drug-free
Enjoys being part of a team and loves to laugh

Responsibilities

Put down lawn care products like fertilizer and weed control
Drive a company truck to customer homes and businesses (must have driver’s license)
Talk with customers about the work and answer questions
Look for lawn problems and help fix them
Take care of equipment and use it safely
Offer extra services when it makes sense
