Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
Willingness to obtain a pesticide applicator license (company supports this)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Customer service mindset and good communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in lawn care, landscaping, turf management, or pest control is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments to residential and commercial lawns
Perform lawn care services such as fertilization, aeration, and pest management
Safely operate and maintain equipment and company vehicles
Provide friendly, professional service to customers
Communicate with customers and office staff regarding services and lawn health
Identify opportunities to recommend additional lawn care services
Follow safety procedures and company service standards
Represent the Lawn Doctor brand with professionalism and care
