About The Position

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in transforming lawns, and thrives on helping others? We're looking for a motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our team! In this role, you will manage your own route, providing high-quality treatments to residential and commercial properties. You’ll work independently throughout the day, meeting with customers, diagnosing issues, and applying treatments to help them achieve a healthy, green lawn. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and building relationships with customers through great service and lawn care education.

Requirements

• You must possess a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum relevant experience as a Lawn Care Technician at a pest control company or similar role is required for this position.
• Previous customer service experience is highly preferred
• Ability to work a full time schedule
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and basic math skills
• You must successfully pass all pre-employment screening that includes reviewing criminal history, driving record, verification of work history, and verification of academic credentials, licenses, and certifications.
• This role requires pulling a 400ft spray hose, loading and unloading equipment and chemicals in excess of 50lbs to and from trucks and storage areas, and working primarily outdoors in potential adverse weather conditions
