Full Time 8 hour shift Monday-Friday Saturdays are used as make-up days (Peak Season may require additional Saturdays) Location: Weed Man Elizabethtown, KY Perks of the job: Average earners make $24 - $28 per hour This is broken down by Production + Hourly & Commission Year-round, full-time opportunities with marketing and lead generation in off season. Sick, PTO, and Holiday Pay Health, dental, and vision insurance The Role of a Lawn Care Technician: Market and occasionally quote our products and services to potential customers Distribute necessary promotional material Meet with current and prospective customers and exceed customer service standards Provide professional lawn care services to customers, including applications of fertilizer, lime, weed, insect, disease, grub, mole & mosquito control, aeration, and seeding. Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply chemical products. Perform lawn analyses, including measuring the turf, identifying lawn problems, and identifying accurate pricing for services. Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded) Observe and report lawn conditions to customers and sell add-on services Get and maintain your pesticide applicator license - We Will Help You Do This! Drive company vehicles Complete daily truck checkout procedures Properly and safely maintain equipment. Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position. Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor Requirements: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Have a clean criminal record Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility Able to work 8-10 hours per day (including some Saturdays during peak season) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (8-10 hours per day) Ability to work in various weather conditions Adhere to company policies, which can be found in the employee handbook (i.e., drug, alcohol, tobacco, cell phone, attendance, etc.) Clear verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance Accepts feedback from fellow team members Location: 4569 North Dixie HWY suite 104 Elizabethtown, KY 42701

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Have a clean criminal record
• Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility
• Able to work 8-10 hours per day (including some Saturdays during peak season)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (8-10 hours per day)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Adhere to company policies, which can be found in the employee handbook (i.e., drug, alcohol, tobacco, cell phone, attendance, etc.)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed
• Requires minimum supervision, but knows when to ask for assistance
• Accepts feedback from fellow team members
