About The Position

Spring Green Lawn Care in Kronenwetter has been beautifying lawns since 1999. We provide quality lawn care, pest control and rodent reduction services. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated full-time, seasonal lawn care professionals. If you love working outdoors and are independent this may be the job for you.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must possess valid WI Drivers’ License with good driving record and background screen
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Must enjoy working outdoors
• Must be able to lift 50-pound bags of fertilizer, load, unload, push, lift and guide rotary spreader with total weight of 80-100 pounds and maneuver 400-foot spray hose
• Be able to operate or could learn how to operate various types of lawn care equipment
• Being mechanically inclined is helpful
• Ability to follow driving directions and familiarity with assigned service area a plus
• Must be able to read and recall regulations and procedures and pass state issued pesticide exam
• Ability to work independently and provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Applying fertilizer, weed control and/or insecticides to lawns
• Applying pest control products to homes
• Aeration
• Seeding
• Communication with customers regarding lawn care or pest services
• Completion of daily route assignments
• Identifying various lawn diseases or insect issues and relaying the information to the customer
