We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Lawn Technician to join our growing team here at Lawn Doctor of Desoto County. Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate lawn care machinery
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Must be at least 21 years old, valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers and lawn treatments using Motorized Push Spreaders or Walk Behind equipment
Perform basic shop and equipment maintenance tasks
Promote and upsell additional services to customers in the field
Engage with customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and enhance their service experience
Maintain high productivity and quality service standards
