About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Lawn Care Technician to deliver exceptional lawn care services to residential and commercial clients. The role involves routine lawn mowing, trimming, and edging, ensuring that customers' yards are maintained to high standards. Technicians will operate independently, managing their own routes and maintaining company equipment while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Ability to pass the state of Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawn care and maintain required licensing.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• Possess a current Driver's License and maintain a driving record consistent with company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved uniform.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn mowing, trimming, and edging services for residential and commercial clients.
• Maintain a company vehicle and all provided equipment.
• Schedule and keep appointments with customers.
• Ensure lawns are neat, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing according to company standards.
• Collect payments due after service completion and suggest additional services to customers.
