Requirements

High School Diploma
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is a plus but not necessary. Will provide training for the right candidate.
Previous mechanical experience including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
A love for outdoor work and a can-do attitude.
Good communicator who is courteous, professional, and honest.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (3+ years).
Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.
Ability to work up to 50 hours per week (overtime eligible), Monday through Friday, 6am to 4pm.
Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated team player.

Responsibilities

Applying fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments with a ride-on machine to keep lawns lush and healthy.
Operating and maintaining equipment like ride on applicators and small tractors.
Maintaining small engines, repairing equipment and vehicles, and diagnosing mechanical issues.
Communicating with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any questions.
Keeping a sharp eye out for lawn issues (weeds, pests, or damage) and reporting them to the team.
Maintaining a professional, friendly attitude while representing the company.
