Job Title: Lawn Care Technical Supervisor Location: Nashville, TN (Donelson) - reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Job Description: Supervise a team of 6-8 lawn care technicians Training and Deployment Scheduling/Routing Payroll Meet with customer to trouble shoot lawncare issues
Requirements
- Exceptional Communication Skills: must demonstrate proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Valid Driver’s License: must possess a current driver’s license with a clean driving record, ensuring eligibility for company insurance coverage.
- Flexible Availability: willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
- Adaptability to Weather Conditions: comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Advanced Problem-Solving Abilities: strong analytical skills and effective time management, allowing for innovative solutions in challenging situations.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: ability to thrive in a results-driven environment, consistently achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
- Lawn Care/Pest control: 3-5 years (Required)
- Management: 1 year (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Clean Driving record
- Clean Criminal background check
- Employment with Hillenmeyer Companies DBA Weed Man is subject to passing and criminal background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening
