Homeowners rely on us not just to apply products, but to diagnose problems, explain solutions, and deliver consistent, high-quality results. This is year-round, full-time work with structured training and a clear path for growth. You’ll start with hands-on training alongside a certified pest operator who sets clear expectations around quality, safety, and customer experience. As your skills grow, so do your responsibilities and pay. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent at least
- Florida driver’s license with no violations in the last 5 years
- Clean background check and drug test
- Comfortable working in Florida heat, humidity, and changing weather
- Able to lift 50 lbs, operate equipment, and work safely outdoors
