Requirements

Valid Driver's License (must-have)
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
A commitment to quality, professionalism, and teamwork

Responsibilities

Represent Grass Nerds with honesty, integrity, and pride
Provide professional lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc.)
Accurately measure lawns, offer quotes, and perform occasional on-site sales
Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
Work both independently and as part of a strong, supportive team
Maintain a clean, professional appearance on the job
Operate equipment safely and effectively in various weather conditions
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts outdoors
