Duties/Responsibilities: Provide herbicide and pesticide service to residential and commercial properties to keep lawn healthy and attractive including fertilizing lawns, identifying, and controlling weeds, pest, and diseases that may affect the health and appearance of the lawn. Apply services by following safety guidelines and regulations. Perform service calls to diagnose and correct customer properties. Interact with customers and address their concerns and request in a friendly manner. Provide guidance of lawn care practices, offer recommendations, and answer questions related to maintaining a healthy lawn. Provide and properly document service and product information. Maintain accurate records or work performed and include task completed, materials used, and time spent on each project. Report cancel and skip notices of customer properties. Prepare reports as required by supervisors or management. Safely drive a company vehicle to and from customer locations, maintain vehicle and schedule all maintenance work in a timely manner. Ability to read and understand product labels and safety data sheets. Always wear the required safety equipment and apply all materials in accordance with the label and laws applicable to the state of treatment. Responsible use of company provided equipment. Clean and maintain equipment and tools regularly. Perform routine inspections and report any equipment issues or requirements for replacement. Ability to work independently with a positive approach and attitude to daily responsibilities. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions such as heat, cold, and rain. Ability to work overtime & some Saturdays. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment, handling chemicals, or performing physical tasks. Follow local regulations regarding waste disposal, chemical application, and environmental protection.

Requirements

  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to bring positive approach & attitude to daily responsibilities.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work overtime & some Saturdays.
