  • Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to convert them into loyal Lawn Doctor customers.
  • Build relationships with current customers, focusing on upselling additional services to enhance their lawn care programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Conduct in-person lawn evaluations to assess potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Perform lawn "check-ins" with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance their service programs.
  • Represent Lawn Doctor as a trusted advisor during property visits, showcasing your expertise and building rapport with clients.
  • Foster relationships with customers through proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Master Lawn Doctor’s services to confidently answer questions and recommend solutions.
