Responsibilities

Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to convert them into loyal Lawn Doctor customers.
Build relationships with current customers, focusing on upselling additional services to enhance their lawn care programs.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Conduct in-person lawn evaluations to assess potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
Perform lawn "check-ins" with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance their service programs.
Represent Lawn Doctor as a trusted advisor during property visits, showcasing your expertise and building rapport with clients.
Foster relationships with customers through proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Master Lawn Doctor’s services to confidently answer questions and recommend solutions.
