Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in lawn care or pest management preferred.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of lawn care products and pest control methods is a plus.
Certification in pesticide application is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
Assess customer properties to identify lawn health issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and educating clients on lawn care practices.
Document services performed and maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
