About The Position

River Valley Lawnscape of Red Wing is hiring a dependable Lawn Care Laborer to join our team. This is a full-time, seasonal position with strong potential to turn into a full-time, year-round role for the right person. If you like working outdoors, staying busy, and getting the job done right without being micromanaged, this could be a great fit.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, shows up ready to work, and takes pride in physical, hands-on labor.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work in all weather

Nice To Haves

• Previous lawn care or property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Mowing and trimming lawns daily
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Fall clean-ups (leaves, debris, property prep)
• Snow removal and plowing during winter months
• Operating light-duty equipment and power tools
• Other general property maintenance tasks as needed
