Operate and maintain specialized lawn care equipment. Play a fundamental role in expanding a new service line Ensure client satisfaction with every service. We're a young business that has experienced significant growth in our tree care and plant health care service lines over the past year. That growth has been driven by a dedicated team of green industry professionals who are committed to being the best at what they do. We're looking for a lawn care technician with a similar mindset to join our team. This role involves performing lawn care services, actively working to bring in new business, and working closely with management to develop a top tier lawn care service offering. As the owner of the business, my goal is to find someone who has the skills required to: Conduct lawn care services (fertilizing, weed control, grub control, etc.) Interact with clients to ensure the services they receive live up to the high standards they have for us (through follow-ups post-application, spot visits, and regular contact with our growing book of business). Actively promote and sign on new lawn care customers. Share insights, ideas, and feedback with management on how to improve our lawn care offering and create a best-in-class service for the clients that we serve. This is an hourly ($23-26) role with commission for new sales. Requirements

Proven experience in lawn care applications (fertilization, weed control, etc.), or the ability to learn skills quickly.
Strong knowledge of turf health, pests, and diseases.
Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
Desire to actively promote and sell new services.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid Driver's License & clean record.
Qualified Supervisor 205 (or ability to obtain in 60-90 days).
