About The Position

DeHamer is looking for someone that fits our culture, is aligned with our values, and has the ability to help our lawn care team make lawns beautiful! This is a full-time year-round position that includes snow removal during the winter months with some overnight work along with some daytime snow removal. Requirements

• Valid and clean Driver's license.
• Previous lawn care experience preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Ability to operate equipment to perform tasks such as mowing, edging, blowing, and pruning.
• Conducting Spring/Fall clean up tasks.
• Lawn Mowing with a Commercial Zero Turn Equipment.
• Operating hand and power tools.
• Ability to see details and follow direction of Team Foreman.
• Exhibit a professional image in maintaining professional uniform and seeking out positive interactions with customers.
• Assess lawns for proper mowing to provide a consistent and professional lawn maintenance presentation.
• Maintain safety practices when operating equipment.
