About The Position

Crew leader needed for Lawn Doctor of Chardon. Seeking an experienced Lawn Care Technician with two or more year's experience with drive and skills to work into managerial position. If being outdoors and drastically changing lawns can be your passion, we want to hire you. We are a fair weather landscaping company that does not mow or provide cold weather clean-up. We simply fertilize and kill weeds while riding on power equipment. Your landscaping career cannot be any easier than working this job. We provide a matching 401K, and typically a four day work week. Our hourly pay is outstanding. Only those who can provide outstanding customer service should apply. Requirements

Two or more year's experience in fertilization and weed control
Few points on driving record with experience driving a truck and trailer desired but not required
Lift and carry 50-pound bags
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Self-driven
