Requirements
- Previous lawn care experience preferred but not required.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
- Positive attitude.
- Team player.
- Enjoy working outside.
Responsibilities
- Hand pulling weeds and maintaining plant beds to achieve weed free beds.
- Operating hand tools.
- Ability to see details and follow the directions of the team leader.
- Solid conflict resolution skills.
