Lawn Care Applicator
About The Position
Essential Functions: Working individually or with a crew to provide lawn care services to all properties on assigned route. Using hand and powered equipment, apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides for pest and weed control in lawn and ornamentals. Unload and load equipment at each property, remove loose trash and debris from landscape area prior to servicing area. Comply with all state and federal regulations, and company policies, procedures, and guidelines including local ordinances. Keep scheduled appointments with customers, as applicable. Interact and ask questions of clients if they are present when the job is completed, to determine client concerns and existing conditions. Sell additional services to existing and prospective clients. Perform thorough inspection and evaluation of client properties. Wage Range: $20.00-$22.00 per hour. Up to $27/hour for experienced technicians. Starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is a hourly, non-exempt position. The Perks: Competitive Hourly Pay - Life is expensive! Requirements
- Possess a valid driver's licenseâ¯and have a history of safe driving
- At least 21 years old or older (requirement to drive a company vehicle)
- Committed to safety and use of all the proper PPE the job requires
- Friendly and dedicated to great customer service
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently and as part of a crew
