About The Position
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our 21-year established and growing lawn care company . We proudly serve a wide range of residential and commercial customers across Hood, Somervell, Erath, Parker, Tarrant, and Johnson counties . This is not a mowing crew position —we specialize in lawn care services , which involve more technical and customer-focused work. Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid Texas driver’s license with no restrictions
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness and enthusiasm to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Ability to operate small machinery and tools safely and effectively
- Physically capable of lifting over 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to pass both a drug test and a background check
Responsibilities
- Servicing lawns along a designated route
- Operating independently in a company vehicle
- Interacting professionally with customers and providing top-tier service
- Applying lawn treatments and using small machinery as needed
