About The Position
Lawn Doctor is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lawn Care and Pest Control Technicians. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and a flexible schedule. We are not a mowing crew; instead, we focus on providing exceptional lawn care services to our customers across Hood, Somervell, Erath, Parker, Tarrant, and Johnson counties. As a technician, you will be responsible for servicing lawns along a designated route, engaging with customers, and working independently while operating a company vehicle. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our team and their families, ensuring a supportive work environment where you can thrive. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to help you learn the trade. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. You should be enthusiastic about working outdoors and capable of operating machinery. Physical demands include the ability to lift over 50 pounds, and you must be able to pass a drug test and background check. We offer full-time, year-round employment with guaranteed 40-hour work weeks, and after 90 days, you will be eligible for benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a matching retirement plan.
