Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (clean record)
- Ability to obtain PA pesticide applicator license (or already licensed)
- 5+ years experience in lawn care or landscape industry preferred
- Strong communication skills (must speak to customers)
- Professional clean cut appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control applications
- Lawn & ornamental treatments (shrubs, trees, perimeter pest)
- Diagnose turf issues and recommend solutions
- Provide excellent customer communication
- Maintain clean and organized truck and equipment
- Assist in building route density and client relationships
- Eventually help lead technicians and oversee operations
