About The Position
The Law Student Volunteer position at the Boston Immigration Court offers law students the opportunity to gain practical experience in immigration law while developing essential research, writing, and analytical skills. Interns will engage in various tasks, including researching complex immigration issues, preparing decisions, and drafting final rulings for Immigration Judges, all while working closely with experienced legal professionals.
