About The Position
The Law School Recruiter at Benesch is responsible for executing the firm's law school recruiting strategy, which includes managing the summer associate program, overseeing the OCI recruiting process, and engaging with law students and law schools to build brand awareness. This hybrid position requires a proactive approach to recruiting, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and aims to create a high-touch experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
