The Office of General Counsel Litigation – Labor, Employment, and Benefits group provides legal advice on all aspects of the employment relationship and employment lifecycle, as well as on workplace policies, procedures, processes, and practices. It also represents FINRA in legal matters brought by current or former employees or before enforcement agencies. Essential Job Functions Assist and support attorneys on various labor, employment, and benefits matters, including drafting documents, tracking legislation, and preparing materials. Conduct legal research to assist attorneys in providing legal advice to FINRA management and departments. Assist in document collection and review as needed for legal matters. Assist in the preparation of subpoena responses. Attend internal labor, employment, and benefits team strategy discussions.
