About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist patrons in locating printed or electronic materials.
  • Plan and coordinate materials acquisitions and user services for the law library.
  • Maintain collection inventory lists and ensure timely updates of law library materials.
  • Review legal journals and maintain a recordkeeping system for new materials.
  • Process accounts payable invoices and monitor payments to balance the general ledger.
  • Coordinate scheduling of the Law Library Advisory Committee meetings and prepare necessary documents.
  • Monitor and update website information regarding library hours and links.
