About The Position
Galloway Jefcoat, LLP is looking for a dedicated Law Firm Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations to support our legal cases. This role involves performing intakes of potential clients, obtaining accident reports, and collecting necessary documentation from clients. The investigator will also meet with potential clients at various locations, conduct background and conflict checks, and carry out accident scene investigations. Additionally, the investigator will be tasked with locating witnesses and performing minor maintenance duties within the office. The ability to navigate various computer software programs efficiently is essential for this position. Other responsibilities include scanning, copying, and filing documents at courthouses, ensuring that all documentation is organized and accessible. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, particularly in English and Spanish, as bilingualism is a plus for this role.
